Welcome, I offer training on competentcy assessment in higher education and support on making your education more inclusive. I support teams and individuals who are working in higher education and want to develop their skills as an assessor or tutor. This can be done in a workshop, training sessions, intervision meetings or personal coaching on the job.

My experience in education is broad. I started over 35 years ago in teaching Dutch language, worked within several types of education and trained people in working in teams within commercial companies for over eleven years. The past fourteen years I have been working for the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, training assessors and coaches in several departments of the RUAS. My home has been the Willem de Kooning Academy, were me and my colleagues of the Education Station supported staff.
